David J. Turitzin is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the firm’s Capital Markets Group, Structured Credit Group and Global Finance Group. David advises financial institutions, private equity sponsors, corporations and hedge funds in a wide variety of cross-border transactions, including acquisition financings, asset-backed and collateralized structured products, secured debt offerings and other complex financing arrangements.
David earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Virginia Tax Review and was an active member of the Lambda Law Alliance.
Prior to joining Proskauer, David was an associate in the New York offices of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
