Danny Langley helps asset managers navigate the formation, fundraising and ongoing operation of a broad range of private investment funds. Danny has counseled sponsors across an array of alternative asset classes, including private equity, real estate, credit, hedge and cryptocurrencies and other digital assets.
Additionally, Danny regularly advises clients on private fund secondaries and other bespoke liquidity solutions. His experience also includes structuring and negotiating seed and strategic investments and advising managers and institutional investors on co-investment vehicles, “funds of one,” managed accounts and other strategic relationships.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Danny practiced in the private funds group of Ropes & Gray LLP, representing various domestic and international investment managers and institutional investors.
