Charles (Chananya) Kopciel is an associate in the Real Estate Department.
Charles focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financing, leasing and development. He represents developers, operators, investors and lenders in a broad range of matters involving office, industrial, retail, hospitality, senior living and mixed-use assets.
