Calum Paton is an Antitrust associate in the Corporate Department and is a member of the Private Equity Transactions and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups. Calum advises on a broad range of EU and UK competition law issues, including multijurisdictional mergers, and foreign investment controls including the UK’s National Security and Investment Act.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Calum trained at another international law firm in London.
