Brooke Gottlieb is Proskauer’s Assistant General Counsel. She advises on internal legal, professional responsibility and risk management matters. She was previously a litigation associate at the firm.

Brooke earned a J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was a cyber security scholar, and a B.A. from Barnard College.

Brooke clerked for the Honorable Jennifer E. Willis of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
