Austin G. Dieter

Austin G. Dieter is a Practice Attorney in the Labor & Employment Law Department and member of the Employment Litigation Group and the Employment Counseling, Training & Pay Equity Group. 

Austin focuses his practice on all aspects of employment law, with a strong emphasis on litigation, arbitration, and internal investigations. He has extensive experience defending employers in complex workplace disputes involving Title VII, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, and related state laws. Austin represents clients across a wide range of industries in single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class action lawsuits involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and is a seasoned advocate in labor arbitrations.

His practice is particularly deep in large-scale wage and hour litigation, including actions brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). Austin is an adept, trial-experienced lawyer with a track record of success.
