Alondra E. Urbina

Alondra Urbina is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Credit Group.

Alondra represents private credit providers in financing transactions, including private debt funds, business development companies, mezzanine funds, specialty finance companies, insurance companies, and sovereign wealth funds. She also has experience in representing major commercial and investment banks, private equity sponsors, funds and corporate borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, leveraged acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, refinancings, cross-border financings, restructurings, and debtor-in-possession financings, across a variety of industries.

Alondra is a member of Proskauer’s Diverse Lawyers Network, as well as Proskauer’s Hispanic Lawyers Affinity Group. She earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was an Extern at the United Nations, President of Empowering Women of Color, Mentorship Chair of the Latinx Law Student Association and a staff editor on the Columbia Journal of Race and Law. She earned her LL.M. in International Criminal Law from the University of Amsterdam and earned her B.A. in Sociology and Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
