Ally de Padua is a partner in the firm’s Global Finance Practice, where she serves as a trusted advisor to leading banks and private credit funds on complex corporate financing transactions. With extensive experience in private equity-backed leveraged finance, Ally specializes in representing creditor clients across a wide range of financing transactions, from initial acquisition and recapitalization to cash flow financing, out-of-court restructurings, and debtor-in-possession facilities.
Ally is also a skilled advocate in negotiating intricate cross-border debt transactions. In addition to advising on cross-border transactions involving both the U.S. and Europe, Ally has a proven track record of advising clients on investment opportunities across Latin America and the Caribbean, navigating the complexities of the region’s financial markets.

- The private credit lenders on a unitranche financing provided to BVI Medical, a leading global ophthalmic device company.
- The Bank of Nova Scotia, as a lead arranger and Scotiabank Chile, as agent, together with a syndicate of Chilean banks in the provision of USD and CLP denominated credit facilities to InfraCo SpA, a Chilean telecommunications joint venture between KKR & Co., Telefónica S.A. and Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones S.A. (Entel).
- The Bank of Nova Scotia, as a lead arranger and Fiduciaria Scotiabank Colpatria, as agent, together with a syndicate of Colombian banks in the provision of USD and COP denominated Credit Facilities to ONNET FIbra Colombia, a Colombian telecommunications joint venture between KKR & Co. and Telefónica S.A.
- The lead arrangers and administrative agent in the syndicated acquisition financing provided to TPG Global in connection with its investment in the A-Gas Group Limited, an existing portfolio company of KKR & Co.
