Alexander J. Amir

Alexander Amir is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Sports Law Group. He advises sports leagues, teams and investors on a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, ownership transfers, league-wide credit facilities and corporate governance matters.

Alexander earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he served as president of the Committee on Sports and Entertainment Law and supervising print editor of the Journal of Sports & Entertainment Law. While at Harvard, Alexander worked as a legal intern for the Dallas Cowboys, the Miami Dolphins and The 33rd Team, and as a football administration intern for the Baltimore Ravens. Prior to law school, Alexander worked in gameday statistics for the National Football League.
