Adam B. Nowicki

Adam is an associate in Proskauer’s Corporate Department and a member of the Global Finance and Corporate and Fund Finance Groups. He advises investment funds, private credit providers, corporate borrowers, syndications and financial institutions, as both borrowers and lenders, on a wide range of complex financing transactions, including fund financings, subscription credit and NAV facilities, acquisition financings, asset-based lending, restructurings, workouts, and other secured and unsecured lending transactions. His practice spans both domestic and cross-border finance matters. He also represents companies with respect to general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Adam was an associate in the creditors’ rights and restructuring group of a leading New York firm, where he advised on corporate, restructuring, and distressed asset matters for ad hoc groups and unsecured creditor committees.

Adam earned his J.D./MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, where he served as an executive editor of the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy, a member of the law school’s Honor Council, and a board member of a nationally recognized startup accelerator. During law school, he worked at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement and completed an exchange program at the University of Hong Kong. He received his B.A. from the College of William & Mary.
